A Note on Image Privacy
Due to recent legal developments around AI-generated harmful content targeting minors, Cat Sass Photography is updating how we share images.
Going forward, I will not post photos of minors publicly— on my website, social media, or in flyers — regardless of signed waivers. I'm also removing and blurring previously shared images of children wherever and as fast as I can.
This does not change my services. I'm still photographing families and seniors — that's the heart of what I do, and this is about protecting the kids I love photographing.
Your images will always be delivered through a private gallery with screenshot protection on web and mobile. I can't control the whole internet, but I can control what I put into it.

I'm Catherine Sass - a Maine-based wedding and family photographer located in Turner, Maine. For over 15 years, I've been documenting love stories, growing families, and once-in-a-lifetime celebrations across Maine and Greater New England.
I believe in what I call honest preservation - gently prompted, never overly posed imagery that allows you to stay fully present while I preserve what it felt like. The way your faces light up when laughing with each other. The deep breath before you walk down the aisle.
