I can't heap enough praise on the staff at Tarry A While Resort https://www.tarryawhileresort.com . EVERYTHING seemed to play out with practiced precision and joyful hearts. The rain plan was this incredible covered ceremony pavilion that looked like a piece of artwork in an old forest beside a lake, tucked into the hills of Maine. Jack and Kayla started the ceremony with shots from their personalized shot ski! A first for me and a fun way to create a joyful ceremony vibe from the very start.

The rain stopped just in time for the party to start. In my wedding career I dont think I've ever seen so many laughs and family traditions. Everyone was happy and hilarious all day.

Kayla and Jack were the sweetest couple and I loved how much laughter there was throughout their gallery. The families came together in celebration and truly appeared as one through the evening and night. And the party was beyond epic. I mean, like dancing in the rain in a conga line and singing along to Abba kind of epic. Much fun was had by all including Anne and I.
